Prototype Testing

While CAD/CAE simulation and analysis clearly reduces the required number of physical prototypes necessary to validate a new product or component, physical prototype testing remains an important and necessary step in the product development process. Hybra's prototype testing capabilities and background are extensive. From the smallest components to the largest systems, prototype tests can be performed at Hybra's state-of-the-art lab, in the field, or on-site at your facilities. Hybra can further assist with data analysis, test development, and applying test data to simulations, including support of data management and processing.

Design of Experiments

Testing is a vital component to new product development; and Hybra's engineer and technician partners have a wealth of experience designing and implementing the test to fit the specific requirements of each of our clients. This includes designing simple test matrices through various methods to map out product behavior for optimizing decisions.
